 A signaling system is needed to inform to wait or move the vehicle drivers in logistics systems. It was seen that the door positions could not be correctly detected with the existing switch sensors when considering the existing door systems at the loading docks. For this reason, it is determined that the door position is detected as opened or closed by an infrared distance sensor on the rail where the doors move. As a result vehicle drivers at the loading docks can understand door position via the signal heads. System drives the traffic light as red when the dock is opened to make the drivers stopped. Green light is emitted when the dock is closed properly to indicate that driver may unlock safely.
Working Principle of the System 
When the door is moved upwards, the door closes the view of the infrared sensor and forms the information that the door is opened in the system. Relay outputs of the system change position when the door is opened. The signal heads connected to the relay outputs changes light status according to door position.
